Nail Thoughts - 02 Overcast

A sheer milky white color.

Use this as a solid color manicure, or layered on top of other sheer colors. I personally love to use milky white as a top layer to encase all of my marble colors. It calms down the intensity of the colors and creates a glassy effect.
