SHIPPING & RETURNS
PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or during peak periods (such as promotions or events) may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer flat rate shipping within New Zealand for $8.50 NZD, with rural delivery (including Stewart Island) charged at $14.00 NZD. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, and the Chatham Islands.
For Australian orders, we ship exclusively via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–5 working days. Shipping rates start from $39.00 NZD and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $250.00 NZD.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
While we will do our best to assist with tracking and follow up on delayed parcels, Beauty Bestie is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched, and shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All freight charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated
- Additional shipping charges may apply if actual freight costs exceed the amount charged at checkout
- Beauty Bestie reserves the right to adjust your invoice accordingly
RETURNS
Due to the professional and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please contact us at info@beautybestie.co.nz within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Photos of the damaged or faulty items are required for assessment
- Once approved, a replacement will be arranged
Incorrect Orders
If you receive incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will resolve the issue promptly and arrange return (if required)
- Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
